Brief Description:
The Make it Count Campaign (MICC) was set up by the City Centre Management Team (CCMT) back in 2002. The committee who oversee the running of the campaign include representatives drawn from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
Rather than give their money to people begging on the streets, members of the public are encouraged to put their donations in MICC collection boxes at various locations in the city centre.
These donations are then distributed to local charities & voluntary groups in support of local action dealing with homelessness.
More Information:
Applications are welcome from any not-for-profit organisations for projects, which will impact directly on homelessness in Derby City Centre.
Type of Project costs funded:
- Capital (any items of equipment)
- Revenue (any non-equipment costs)

- The Fund is looking to cover the majority of the costs for the project and will not contribute towards large scale funding bids.

There are no extra priorities linked to this fund
